Springtime

If you asked me which season of the year I prefer, I would say autumn. Even so, this spring seems to be my favourite one.

A beautiful blue sky invited me to take a deep breath. The first day of spring brought me some sensations, songs and smiles. A pleasant day, a temperature around 12 Celsius degrees allowed me to keep the windows open, bringing more than just a good sensation, but alsothe sounds of children playing outside. Even my dog risked a nap at the balcony while taking a sunbath.

How I love the spring! Neighbours could chat in the gardens, children played hopscotch on the sidewalks. While I was walking with my dog I noticed an inflatable swimming pool for children drying on the balcony, being prepared for a joyfully summer.

Spring is also the month of Easter’s celebration, bringing to us hope and good news! For Christians, it means revival, God is alive. Today I got wonderful news! My father got his first dose of CoronaVac’s vaccine! Yey!

Spring comes after a long winter and now our body asks for a fresh air. After a long pandemic, our mind also asks for fresh air, freedom, hugs, being together, comfort for mourning hearts.

I wish this spring brings healing and love.

Flowers for you🌸
